Q: Do you provide your own equipment and cleaning supplies?
A: Yes, we do provide all equipment and basic cleaning supplies with the exception of the following:

– Stainless Steel Cleaner
– Granite Counter Top Cleaner
– Flat Surface Stovetop Cleaner

Q: Will I have the same housekeeper every time?

A: If you are on a regular cleaning schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) you will have the same housekeeper every time. If for some reason your housekeeper is unable to make it, you will be notified and offered a substitute or to reschedule.


Q: Will my housekeeper arrive the same time every time?

A: Our hours are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. You can request your time preference and we will do our best accommodate.


Q: What should I do to prepare my home to be cleaned?

A: In order to give you the greatest value, we do ask that you de-clutter by picking up clothing, toys, and other personal household items.


Q: When is Payment for Cleaning Service due?

A: Payment is due on date of service.


Q: What do I do if I have to cancel a cleaning?

A: Notify us as soon as possible to either cancel or reschedule your clean. We request at least 24 hours’ notice.


Q: Does someone need to be home for the cleaning service?

A: You do not need to be home for the cleaning; however, you do need to provide access to your home the day of service. (Ex. a key under the mat, an unlocked door, a garage code, or an access key that is given to us to tag and hold on to).


Q: How are access keys stored?

A: If you provide an access key it will be stored on a keychain with only a number on it. Your name and address are not stored on the key, so if ever misplaced it will have no affiliation to your home.


Q: What if something is broken during service?

A: Every home is treated with great care, but accidents do happen. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace the item. Housekeepers are responsible for leaving a note in the event of breakage and for notifying management. We do ask that clients put away anything that is irreplaceable.
